Your information is used to prepare and lodge returns and statements, provide advice, communicate with the ATO and other regulators on your behalf, issue invoices, and keep you informed about matters relevant to your engagement.

We disclose information only where necessary to deliver our services — for example to the Australian Taxation Office, ASIC, an independent SMSF auditor, or a software provider hosting your accounting file — or where required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Records are held in secure, access-controlled cloud systems. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and retain records for the periods required by taxation law.
